Prepress
We offer a full range of standard prepress services. Processing of the files provided by our clients for printing via graphic programs. The final versions of the files are provided in PDF format to the client for final approval prior to printing. Sofprint Group is equipped with a pre-print workflow Prinect Signa Station, Prinect MetaDimention and Prinect MetaShooter.
Offset Printing
We offer sheet offset printing on packaging and luxury cardboards (230-450 g/ m²), offset papers (50-90 g/ m²) and two-side chrome coated paper (90-350 g/ m²). Standard inks and pantone colours are used depending on the paper base. Printing equipment at Sofprint Group cover the range of all possible formats up to 70/100 cm.
UV Flexo Printing
Flexographic printing is widely used in almost all areas of industrial production – aluminium foil, all kinds of labels and packaging materials, bags, polymer and nylon materials (PVC, PP, PE, PET), multilayer materials, self-adhesive papers, and much more.
UV Varnishing
Applying UV varnish on the principle of sieve technology on any type of sheet material. The main advantage of varnish is the provision of image protection, giving shine and improving colour contrast. The varnish can also be matte, which gives the finished products a stylish finish.
Warm Printing
Printing technology that allows printing of images with actual gold or silver colour, as well as different colours with a metallic effect. It is commonly used to produce luxury product packaging, invitations, catalogues, notebooks and expensive editions of books, folders, business cards, high-end labels and more.
Punching
Machining process, most often used as a post-printing process, on cardboard and paper. Thus, printed sheets can be turned into products such as boxes and different types of packaging, folders, cardboard labels of different shapes and much more. Embossing and Braille text can further be placed on the products.
Folding & Gluing of Packages
Automatic folding and gluing of different types of packaging with up to 6-point gluing.
Folding Leaflets
Folding leaflets and brochures according to customer order and size.
Delivery
Delivery of the manufactured products to a location at client’s request.
